“3D Tower Bloxx Deluxe is a two-part puzzle game. The first half is a block-stacking game. You drop floor upon floor via a swinging crate, raising towers into the sky. The straighter the tower, the more residents flutter into the building via umbrella parachutes. This update adds a multiplier to this part of the game. When you drop one floor directly on the other, you start a timer. Every block you slam down in that timer gives you extra citizens. If you snap two floors together perfectly, the meter is boosted. If you get good at this, you can sustain the multiplier all the way to the top floor.
The other half of 3D Tower Bloxx Deluxe is a city-planning strategy game. After completing a building, you place it in your city. As more citizens move in, you hit milestones that unlock extras. New buildings, such as red and green towers, are taller and can hold more citizens. But certain buildings can only exist next to each other. A green building, for example, must be adjacent to a blue and red building. You can replace existing buildings with new ones, further adding to your population.
The Deluxe version adds more cities to fill in this half of the game as well as new tower toppers, called trophies. If you erect a really straight tower, you can drop a trophy on the roof to really boost your city’s image.”
