Before you begin

The application has been self signed and not Symbian signed. This means that in order to install the application on a phone the Application Manager -> Settings -> Software Installation option must be set to ‘All’ and not the default ‘Signed only’.

S60 Version

The application has been created for Nokia S60 3rd edition FP1 phones with Symbian� 9.2. The application can pop-up a dialog while installing that it might not be compatible with the phone, however it should work normally on all S60� 3rd edition phones (Symbian 9.1).

Running Palringo

To run Palringo simply go to the Applications in programs menu, and run Palringo.

Feedback

To improve the application please provide us with any suggestions or if the application crashes, then simply give us the error code.

To get an error code, please install this, it is a harmless application that you can uninstall anytime and simply shows an error code when one occurs.

To provide extended error information, please copy the file C:\SwitchBoard\log.txt from your mobile, (you can access this file using any external browser like X-plore and send it to your computer via BlueTooth). Please send the file and description of the error to krix@palringo.com

Known Issues

1. Some icons on phones with smaller resolution (less than 320×240) are outsized.
2. Pictures displayed on the phone are in the stretched mode, this does not affect picture itself (it’s being displayed properly on Windows-based devices) .
