Super_Mario_Bros._DX_(V1.1)_(U)_.rar is a GBC file (goboy rom)
for goboy emulators.
extract, send to phone, create a new folder on your phone where you installed your emulator, move the file to your new folder.
You may need a file explorer installed to move files
Play!

for those who still doesnt have Emulator,
install GoBoy_Series60_14.sis first
