How to change the default Icon:
Any JAR file can be easily opened up and edited in WinRAR. The OperaMini JAR file contains a file named i.png. This is the default icon.

You can replace it with any png file of yours (48×48 is optimal size). To add your new icon, rename your png file to i.png and drag and drop it on the Opera Mini JAR file in windows explorer.
