Guys, I got this from another forum - here’s a Key Gen for Opera 8.65

Put your IMEI# in the “Enter your ID” field.

Since this is originally for Windows Mobile, ONLY TAKE THE FIRST 10 digits of the generated code and that will be the registration code on your S60 version of the Opera.
