The Google Search client is a very simple application. It’s actually only a shortcut visible in the standby screen which leads directly to the search results for your desired search term into your device’s Internet browser.

The Google Search client is very useful, especially if you are searching lots of search terms with Google. Another step of Google to provide their services to as many mobile devices as possible.
