Blackberry Connect supports the use of both Blackberry Enterprise Server and BlackBerry Internet Service. In conjunction with BlackBerry Enterprise Server, corporate users can have synchronized access to their email as well as PIM data. BlackBerry Internet Service provides a solution for customers who operate without a corporate server structure.

With BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) service:
