Overview
With Argus - Remote Surveillance you can watch on your mobile phone the images captured by a video camera that is attached to your computer. The system has two components: a server component, which is installed on the desktop PC and which is responsible for video capture and streaming, and a client component, installed on the phone, responsible for video rendering.
Argus-RS is simple to setup and simple to use. You can find it useful in as many situations as you can imagine, here are only a few examples: watching the children when you are not at home, keeping under observation your work place, monitoring an operating machinery or even supervising your employees when you are traveling.

System requirements:
-video capture device (web cam, digital camera, TV tuner, etc.)
-personal computer connected to the Internet
-the phone must be able to connect to the Internet, so the Internet GPRS services must be activated.
