Acer Liquid A1 (S100) approved by the FCC with AT&T 3G

Announced by Acer in mid-October, the (the company’s first smartphone) has just been approved by the FCC and – guess what? – it has AT&T 3G support (850 / 1900 MHz).

We’ve previously heard about some of , so there may be some chances for AT&T to actually release the A1.

Powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, the Acer S100 features a 3.5 inch WVGA touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, GPS, access to social networking sites (, , Flickr), 3.5mm headset jack, and a 5MP camera with autofocus.
