Planet Rider 3D ![]()
The ultimate futuristic racing action game!

Planet Riders 3D is probably the fastest and most thrilling racing game ever seen on mobile devices. In wicked jet racers the player has to compete on orbital high-speed tracks against the most fearless pilots of the solar system. Permanent adrenaline rush seems to be guaranteed. There are no rules, everything is allowed, even using laser guns, heat-seeking missiles and mines to win the deadly tournaments. In four different game modes (time attack, single race, tournament, Bluetooth multi player) six teams with 12 jets are waiting to be challenged on 10 different planets with extraordinary sci-fi style graphics.

Planet Riders, is essentially a racing game, but with explosions, rockets and lasers added into the mix. We all know, that racing games especially for mobile are often quite easy to master, and most is really who’s got the fastest car, once you’ve mastered the controls (and for mobile, its usually pretty easy to master). So, Fishlabs has thrown in a variety of arsenals for players to use, to blast at enemy racers. These weapons can be collected at checkpoints where the player will be given a random weapon with limited ammo. This of course means that other racers will also be getting these weapons and blasting at your craft as well. But don’t worry, if you get hit, you won’t get kicked out of the race. Each craft has a certain shield level. Once your shield level goes to zero, your craft stops for a moment to recharge. This of course gives opponents more than enough time to overtake you, or you can lose your precious lead. Another thing that makes Planet Riders stand a head above other racing games, is the racing tracks itself. It’s like a rollercoaster ride! It’s not linear on flat ground, it goes up, it twists like a DNA module, it turns sharply, it does everything, and new players will definitely feel disoriented in the beginning.
From the moment you start the game, the graphics of the game will blow you away. Smooth detailed graphics is the key here. Each racing craft is unique and obviously stands out from each other, easy to differentiate even in the heat of the race. The tracks are flawless and gives the player the true futuristic feel. The animations are fluid, though it might be device dependant. As for music, it is present both in the menu as well as in game. The soundtrack is flawless, pleasant to listen to and definitely fits the theme of a futuristic game.

Fishlabs DEEP- Submarine Odyssey Abyss Engine
-Take a dip, the water’s just fine-
In DEEP players immerse into a world of a remote water planet with exotic submarine life forms. In service of the Colonial Navy the player makes his or her way underwater with various tasks like exploitation of resources and production of new goods but also military missions. While exploring the vivid and fascinating underwater world in a hightech submarine the player will meet other parties with different interests on the water planet. The ongoing conflicts between the Colonial Navy, rebels, pirates and a mysterious marine species will pull the gamer between the lines.

Instead of piloting a space craft into the starry sky, you take the helm of a sub deep in the briny blue. In practice, they’re much the same in game environment terms. They’re both pretty dark and they’re certainly both very, very big.
Although not based around galaxies, stars and such, the map screen of Deep is very impressive, showing a real wealth of locations to visit. As an extra twist, many will not only be inaccessible because of sheer distance but also because of water pressure. Your starter craft can only stand fairly average pressures, meaning that you can’t visit anywhere that’s too deep or too near the surface. Progressing through the game will see you upgrade your craft, allowing for deeper diving.

The pressure issue even continues from to map to the in-game experience. Whilst you’re pretty free to roam about your 3D underwater world, there are visible grids above and below you which tell you where your craft’s limits lie. These become particularly significant when you’re chasing some huge sea creature that you want to harvest for its meat. You fish with a harpoon that’s a bit like a tractor beam and have to keep the fish on screen while you’re reeling it in, and often your prospective catch will be pretty wiley, so it’s not always the easiest task.
Although fishing is an important part of the game, there’s also the standard trade of materials you get from blasting enemies, raiding mining ships and the like. There’s a neat story that should occupy for several hours that comes with its own share of missions, but there’s a whole lot more blasting to do besides thanks to the fact that missions are available at outposts throughout the gameworld. You might ask why you’d want to carry on after the story has ended. Well, after you get hooked into it, upgrading your ship and weapons becomes quite compulsive, not to mention exploring the new areas upgrading unlocks.
